Adenium Arabicum

Adenium Arabicum is the most prized variety among collectors, renowned for its dramatically thick, sculptural caudex that dwarfs that of the common Desert Rose. Slower-growing and more striking with age, it commands attention as a specimen plant on any sunny veranda or in a tropical garden. Each plant is individually grown and selected at our nursery.

Care

• Light: Full sun — at least 6 hours daily
• Water: Allow soil to dry completely between waterings; water sparingly in cooler months
• Soil: Very gritty, fast-draining mix — 50% perlite recommended
• Temperature: Warm tropical conditions; protect from cold and prolonged rain
• Difficulty: Moderate
• Pet friendly: No — toxic if ingested

• The caudex grows slowly — never bury it; expose it progressively for maximum visual impact.
• Feed monthly with a high-potassium fertilizer during the growing season.
