Peat Moss Compost

Classic acidic peat moss — excellent for moisture retention and seed starting.

Sphagnum peat moss is a tried-and-tested growing medium prized for its water-holding capacity and slightly acidic pH. Use as a soil conditioner for acid-loving plants like azaleas, gardenias and orchids, or as a key component in seedling mixes.

How to use

• Pre-moisten before use — dry peat resists water.
• Mix with perlite or sand to improve aeration.
• Best for acid-loving plants; not ideal for vegetables.
